We all know the importance of eating healthy, stressing less, moving more, and sleeping better. And wouldn’t it be great to do this while living a fulfilled and joyous life? Sounds great, right? Then why are most of us not sustaining this lifestyle? We tell ourselves we need to _____ (fill in the blank), but knowing isn’t enough to get us to change our behaviors.

Do you dream of cultivating a new healthy habit to propel you toward your aspirations? Or maybe you wish to ditch an old pesky habit that no longer benefits you? Many of us have relied on willpower or rigid self-control for too long without ultimately reaching our goals. Our motivation diminishes, and our stamina becomes less than impressive. Then the cycle of frustration, disappointment, blame, and self-sabotage sets in.
We live in a world of information. Podcasts, books, social media, blogs, newsletters, webinars… We’ve listened to and read about many stories of triumph, of course, after many failures. We all have our own unique obstacles, but we know others have succeeded, so it can be done! But simply following tips, tricks, and rules of someone else’s journey doesn’t necessarily fit into our daily life circumstances. It can be demoralizing when we don’t reach the same success.

All health coaching sessions are held virtually. The length of each session is 1 hour. During this time we will work on your wellness goals and create a plan for you to follow every day to start seeing positive changes in your health and lifestyle.
