Working towards a Perfect Roll Up (36min)

Your hips play a big role during spinal articulation (i.e. Pilates Roll Ups, Roll over, teasers, etc…). Learn how the mobility and stability of your pelvis can create an ease in your spinal articulation. This workout starts out with the nuts and bolts (placement of your bones) and then progresses nicely into articulating with fluidity. You can expect plenty of Roll Ups 🙂 Take your time, slow is key.
