Knee Series #5 Standing Single Leg (47min)

Advancing into standing single leg barre exercises, all while concentrating on the strength of our hip rotator muscles to hold our alignment and balance. This is an intermediate workout, thus I suggest you progress in order with the knee series videos to maximize your benefit. On a side note… I apologize for my scratchy mic in my more recent videos. I have been going crazy trying to edit out the really bad spots within my videos, but I think I finally figured out the problem with it in the last 5 minutes of this video. I’m crossing my fingers my future videos will be flawless 🙂
